Unable to show Thumbnail of Person Image or Organization Logo

I have installed DSpace-CRIS 8, v2024.02.03 in my system.
After creating an author profile in person entity and organisation in orgunit entity and uploaded photo, but the photo is not showing up in the item field even after initiating the filter-media script.

Any solution for this issue?

This is usually due to default cris-layout-configuration.xls file.
In box2metadata tab ORIGINAL bundle has an additional filter "dc.type=personal picture". So if there is no such a metadata, the photo won't show.
Removing "dc.type" from METADATA column and "personal picture" from VALUE column, and reapplying CRIS layout file fixed the issue for me.
