Incorrect annotation of rewards

There is widespread incorrect annotation of rewards in the acquisition module of the NWB. See here and here

UPDATE: I think the issue is as follows:

• The "reward delivery times" currently are pulled from the hardware timestamps. These are actually NOT really reward delivery times. They are the times when the valve opened. The actual reward delivery time requires an additional filter on whether or not the trial was rewarded or not.
• Using this session: 864253_2026-08-11_12-52-08, the metadata reported 248 unignored rewarded trials. The nwb acquisition reported 261. In addition, the reward delivery times were being correlated with the trial outcome software event which is also incorrect, needs to be correlated with the response since that will be closest to when the reward was delivered
