[Documentation] Add Build Notes #1

The package.json has a build script, but it would be nice to have build notes in the readme, or it may be best to go with a wiki format?

Nevermind that's only business/enterprise, but we could still add a folder for documentation with additional md files and manually link to them from the readme.
