[Bug]: New chats just show up with the tile "New chat"

I am on Windows.

1. Open a project
2. Start a new chat
3. Wait

Expected behavior

The chat title should change

Actual behavior

The title always shows "New chat", which is not how it works in CLI or other applications.

Hm, actually, this is not happening for my second new chat. After minimizing and focusing the application again, that one is fine. The first one is still showing "New chat", though. And that did not have any cancellation or interruption for its first turn (only later turns were sometimes cancelled in that chat).

In my online "Usage" section, I can also see that title-generation apparently ran for the first chat. But that is not showing up like that in the GUI, for some reason. Either not properly propagated, ..., or the model really generated the exact title "New chat"? Let me know if you need some request id, or anything...
