[V1.4.3] interpreter issue - picking up python executable from a wrong path

Packages got installed but aren't importable; likely a wrong interpreter issue. It's picking up C:\Users\quint\AppData\Local\Python\pythoncore-3.14-64\python.exe instead of the environment it was installed in.
