Proposal: Add discourse-graphs.el to Apps & Packages #641

Description

@LuciusChen

Hi DiscourseGraphs team!

I have developed a new package that brings the Discourse Graphs methodology to the Emacs ecosystem. Given that many researchers and knowledge workers use Emacs (and Org-mode) for networked thought, I believe this will be a great addition to the community.

Project: discourse-graphs.el (An Emacs implementation for Discourse Graphs)

Key Features:

  • Interactive Web UI — Real-time graph visualization with WebSocket sync
  • SQLite-backed storage — Fast queries even with thousands of nodes
  • Context panel with transclusion — See related nodes with their full content inline
  • Inline overlays[+3/-1] shows support/oppose counts on headings
  • Argumentation analysis — Dynamic blocks for synthesis, gaps, and unanswered objections
  • Customizable attributes — Formula DSL for computing node metrics
  • Smart relation creation — Suggests relation types based on node types
  • Denote compatible — Works with denote file naming conventions
  • Export — Markdown export with wikilinks

I would like to add this to the "Apps & Packages" section in the README to make it more discoverable for Emacs users. Is this acceptable? If so, I’ll prepare a PR following your contribution guidelines.

Best regards,
Lucius
