Subject: [PATCH] skills(product): show-me-your-work names the tag, and guard
 the whole repo

show-me-your-work told the author to mark a same-model review with bare
`UNVERIFIED:`. It now uses the tag with the blocker named.

This is the last instructional line, so tests/test_escape_hatch_vocabulary.py
can now scan every rule, skill, reference and hook README and require zero
lines that still instruct the retired marker. On 509b9cd the same scan
flags 30 lines. It is the guard that stops the prose drifting back.
