Hello!

I think it would be great to implement a feature to rename using regex expressions or character substitution in the file manager. Maybe an option called "advanced renaming" or similar so the traditional renaming is still available. This should be available for one file as well as bulk renaming. It seems relatively similar to implement and the benefits would be grand compare to the effort,

Why do you want this feature?

Because sometimes when working with scripts, the paths need to be without spaces and some archives such as pdfs, epubs, docx or similar, tend to have spaces in their file names, causing the used scripts to crash.
