Feat: Stacks auto scaling

This is a feature idea of adding a "Scaling" tab when deploying stacks.

Here you can setup:

• Scaling
• Multi-host networking
• Service discovery
• Rolling updates

As you can see this feature integrates with docker swarm.
Swarm creation / joining / Managing should be working through DockStat! ™
