MTMD: video vision hanging issue was fixed in llama.cpp.

After llama.cpp PR #27596, critical issue(Windows, Linux) which ignores video completely or hanging forever should be fixed.

v0.3.49 would be important release for mtmd video vision with spectulative decoding.
