[ubuntu-dev] cloud9 terminal commands don't go into ~/.bash_history

It would be nice to keep the history of commands between sessions in Cloud9 IDE's Terminal, but it seems that /home/user/.bash_history is never updated.

(We probably just need to tweak some .bashrc option or environment variable.)
