[Feature Request] binaries

Not everyone wants to compile everything, can you just have binaries in releases? Some people just want to run it once to test the speed.

Most users usually don't want to compile things, if it can be helped. That said, with this project, the build process for the user is usually extremely simple. When it doesn't work, it is often a dependency issue (for which the readme provides ample instructions, and scripts to help).

However, one of my goals is to make it as seamless as possible, and sometimes those dependency issues can be worked around at little to no cost. Your input helped me improve the build process on systems with newer nvidia GPUs and older cuda-toolkit versions. You lose some performance, but at least it should simply build and run.

All that said, I am considering doing binary releases at some point in the future.
