[ECU STM32] Refactor global breaking changes from PR#31

Pull Request #31 has brought several issues into the main branch:

• wrong database field sequence leading to inability to save some new fields (565ad51)
• reverted patch for memory corruption in default task leading to issue reappearing (832c72d)
• full path rewrite in .mxproject to windows format (832c72d)
