Expose some of the configuration as rdf.

**Describe the bug**
Disk configuration data is not available as RDF

**To Reproduce**
There is no name or description of the data-endpoints on the rdf store.
Nor info about the data sources

**Expected behavior**
Have this data in the rdf store

**Additional context**
This information is in the configuration file but not exposed
