Board Hardware Usage

AX309 Board on which this project is implements:

1. GPIO : 2 variants of messbauer_generator and messbauer_diff_discriminator_signals should be separated on different GPIO droups

2. LEDS : LED0 & LED3 are used to display sides usage (GPIO).

3. Digits indicator -> we should show how much impulses we are register in diff_discriminator

GPIO is used for output signals (v1.0 alpha tag), visualization will be in beta release.
