Combining several small issues into one for cycle 2024-1

1. Unique labware constraints to avoid overpopulating db
2. Add PickDuration column to Pin table now that ArrivalTime and DepartureTime are in HH:MM vs. HH:MM:SS.
3. Ignore any brackets [] in external comment field when importing imaging csv.
4. Dynamically assess number of rows beginning with ";" that need to be skipped when importing imaging spreadsheet. The number of rows may vary.
5. Move away from using samba mount by having application copy csv to "harvesting/" directory prior to importing into database, maybe do some validation check before importing harvesting csv into db. Will need to use similar technique for imaging csv file.

I'll need to get into the lab and generate some fresh csv files, everything on disk has been hand edited.

For point # 3, Do we want to strip the brackets from the string? Or process whatever is between them in a certain way?
