Coreprotect seems to only log containers when user closes inventory. This allows theft from shelf-containers since you don't need to close inventory when you take stuff from a shelf. This also allows theft from bundles in chests as long as you add the bundle back ^^
I don't know if this has always been a issue, or if it appeared in the latest dev build from Patereon, V.25-dev1.
