[Add] fallback font for use of AdjustToContents on non windows

Description

See https://github.com/ClosedXML/ClosedXML/wiki/Graphic-Engine to configure font for Linux. Without this the calls to AdjustToContents fails on Linuix

Steps to Reproduce

remove try-catch in PackageToExcelWriter and observe that on Linux this is failing
