Allow multiple different control bindings for different categories like the game allows

If I have keyboard and mouse set for everything except ship controls where I use a custom hotas bind tflight hotas one, then when VA runs I get a log message 8:13:36.303 EliteVA: Could not query the Bindings file for keybindings
A mix of different keybindings presets were detected (KeyboardMouseOnly, TFlightHotasOneKeyboard). Make sure that the same keybindings preset is used for all 4 keybindings categories (General, Ship, SRV, On foot).

And VA attack does not work with log errors of missing key bind in game.
