Check exit codes of Runtime.exec() calls

Reviewing a copy of the 4.5 jar, it seems that the exit codes are ignored for 
all of the external process calls. I believe a registry write could just 
silently fail.

In fairness, I only noticed this as I was reviewing the library, so I can't say 
that I've demonstrated the problem. (I'm leaning towards just launching regedit 
myself at this point, since I'd be able to use a better process launcher.)

Well this is true. But waiting for exit-calls could end up in a DeadLock...

So maybe i will add an optional parameter.


But the next goal is to add it in the maven repository!
