I was wondering whether PWM is used interchangebly with PFM in the motif collections?
It says "The files named metacluster_*.cb contain position weight matrices (PWMs) for multiple motifs." in the description but certain metaclusters, for example metacluster_167.5 have motifs represented as PFMs. jaspar__MA0080.6 is the exact same as in the JASPAR database.
