feature request for clean restart on crash

Issue

The thing I would love as I test aider-ce is a one-line method of restarting my session when it crashes, bugs out, or I'm obliged to hit ctl-c to stop it costing me another 20c in tokens.

maybe /restart or --restart to auto reload the last files and context/chat history??

I'm happy to keep testing but this is seriously eating into my productivity - this feature would mitigate this enormously!!

another way of implementing this would be an ass mode --auto-save-session

and a flag somewhere so aider could detect a graceful exit - and offer to reload if detected
