Collect feedback and changes from day one here:

• We should include the case sensitivity in the introduction
• We should mention raising numbers to different powers somewhere.

Note that timing was pretty much spot-on with about 40 minutes setting things up, and some good questions

"Mostly good. Maybe write a program to evaluate some data that we keep returning to rather than separate examples"

"Pros:

• Well thought out, very useful content
• Pitched at a level I can follow (6 months Matlab and 6 months R experience)
  Con: I find exercises that cannot be completed without knowledge I haven't been given yet difficult and disheartening. e.g. transform = rotated pole without an explanation of what a transform is. I find it more constructive to be given the info then be asked to implement it in a different way in the exercise."
