Windows Set up requires more detail #268

Description

@joshthefin

wget does not exist on windows by default and instead is an alias to Invoke-WebRequest. For me, this cmdlet does not download to the current folder by default. This means the first step of the tutorial does not work by default on windows, as there is no docker-compose.yml file in the local directory.

User must kill that alias with: ''Remove-item alias:wget" followed by downloading wget: https://eternallybored.org/misc/wget/. Then they can rerun "wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/starkandwayne/concourse-tutorial/master/docker-compose.yml"

(Or you can probably configure Invoke-WebRequest but I didn't look into this)
