Subject: [PATCH] Auto-register the Fling Engine Claude Code skills marketplace

Adds a committed .claude/settings.json declaring the
flingengine/skills-marketplace marketplace and enabling its
fling-engine plugin, so trusting this repo in Claude Code offers to
install it automatically. Init.sh gets a manual fallback prompt for
users running it outside that trust flow, skipping if the marketplace
is already registered.
