geode build using wrong llvm path

i managed to fix my last issue but now for some reason `geode build`  now paths to usr/lib/llvm-17 (which is an outdated verion) instead of usr/lib/llvm-19 (the right path) 
also yes i tried setting the LLVM_PATH to the right one and it didint work
