Add an automatically generated comment or section in the PR summary showing the stack (link with PR # and title)

+1 for something like this.

For GHES where stacks aren't natively supported, having gh stack automatically add a comment or PR description that links between the previous and next PRs would be super useful. Adding them manually after the PRs are created is always possible, but not having to do that would be a very nice UX improvement.

Stack information is natively integrated into the GitHub PR UI as part of the Stacked PRs feature: https://github.github.com/gh-stack/guides/ui/

However, related to this in #202 - copy a list of links with all the PRs in a stack is something we are looking into
