Issue about detect-mc-mapping.sh fails with sched_setscheduler failed: Operation not permitted

Hello， when I try run detect-mc-mapping.sh，it fails and meets sched_setscheduler failed: Operation not permitted
then I use strace and find it will stub at wait after once shched， I don`t know why
