I’m proposing to migrate our documentation from Docusaurus to Mintlify for a better developer experience and easier long-term maintenance.

- Cleaner UI and better readability
- Simpler configuration
- Faster setup
- Easier to maintain

- Convert existing docs to Mintlify format
- Migrate sidebar and routing
- Remove Docusaurus setup
- Verify links and formatting
