ignores implicitly for no good reason.

I've tried to set it up with Flask and get it going for a really basic scenario. Apart from crashing anytime I edit any of the .py files, it ignores the html file I'm interested in, disregarding what I add to server.watch().

Here's the minimal setup:

Seems to be linked to css-rebuilding on change. For example it often happens if I'm also running:

npx tailwindcss -i app/static/css/base.css -o app/static/dist/css/output.css --watch

Which is quite tedious.

This appears to occur by design when multiple files are changed within LiveReloadHandler.DEFAULT_RELOAD_TIME which is set to 3 seconds by default. The comment in handlers.py says: “if you changed lot of files in one time it will refresh too many times”

Unfortunately, it also occurs if the same file is changed multiple times within that period. So if one makes multiple edits within three seconds only the first causes a refresh.

A simple way to change the limit, if not the underlying behaviour is to set the value yourself, like so:
