• Factor out Configurables common for V0 and TOF
• Check if dataset-wise information (such as collision system) can be read once, instead of in every collision
  UPD: done via boolean flag isFirstCollision
• Read from CCDB if Run 2 or 3 (152 or 159) reading from CCDB itself is Run(2,3)-dependent. Left as is
• IWYU Framework/ASoA.h for DECLARE_SOA_COLUMN in tpcSkimsTableCreator.h
• Clarify if runnumber and hadronic rate do not change within one DF (link). If do not change, evaluate them only once
  UPD: probably yes for non-merged AO2D files, but not guaranteed from the code point of view. Left as is (read runnumber and hr from each BC)
