[Feature request] - Add option to replace bugs button with mod settings

Hiya.

I've made the switch from Mod Menu to ModSettings and goodness, not having to scroll so much to access mod configs feels so much nicer, so thank you for making this ^^

I wonder if you'd be willing to add an option similar to Mod Menu, which allows for the location of the Mod Settings button to be adjusted in the Pause menu. I used to use Mod Menu in conjunction with this to move the button to where the give feedback and remove bugs buttons would have been, which looks very clean.

Moving around the buttons, and making it compatible with other mods, is tricky. I've spent like 95% of the programming time on this mod to getting it to work.
