Unable to write ink layer for full body focus

Describe the bug
I am not able to save the ink layer for full body focus.

Yes, it seems there's an incoherence between the full body focus drop down and the code for saving the ink layer. The difference being that the full body focus does not have a separate UI layer in a json file.

I'm kind of curious how this bug could survive this long before biting someone...

I think this fixes it. It'll be a while until the next release, but it's possible to rough patch the local installation by finding and replacing this file: mpfb/ui/create_assets/makeup/operators/writeink.py (https://github.com/makehumancommunity/mpfb2/blob/master/src/mpfb/ui/create_assets/makeup/operators/writeink.py)
