Filters are not applying correctly #347

Description

@MiguelUB

Hello,

I am new to using this library and have encountered an issue when attempting to apply multiple filters while listing issues. It seems that the filters are not being applied correctly, as only the status_id and tracker_id filters are being processed.

I attempted to apply the filters as follows:

filters = {
'author_id'=125
'include': ['relations'],
'limit': 10,
'offset': 0,
'sort': 'updated_on:desc',
'tracker_id': 41
}
redmine.issue.filter(**filters)

But did no filter by author

I am unsure if this issue could be related to my version of Redmine (4.X) or if there is something I am overlooking. Any guidance would be appreciated.
