Error while using chomp as post-processor #845

Description

@Cody-Vu

Hello everyone,

while using the ompl-chomp-planner, I receive this error:
[ERROR] [1742146108.640238564]: Only joint-space goals are supported

I am sending endeffector poses. Is there a workaround for using chomp as a post processor while sending endeffector poses?

My general problem is that the executed trajectory is very jerky. The custom build controller that I am using doesn't have an interpolation for the MoveIt trajectory. Therefore I try to make a more dense trajectory in MoveIt itself. I tried to use chomp as a post processor to smoothen the trajectory but apparently it only accepts joint-space goals. Despite that is there another way to still use chomp or maybe are there any other ways on how to input more waypoints inbetween start and goal pose?

Any tip and idea is appreciated and welcomed. Thanks in advance!
