Add documentation to profile endpoint

https://api.mozillapulse.org/api/pulse/profiles/ doesn't return any default results (by design), but we also don't have query params listed there, so I had to look at the code to figure out how to pull out fellows. Let's add some documentation similar to what https://api.mozillapulse.org/api/pulse/entries/ has.
