[ENHANCEMENT] backport peer dependency fixes to v5.x.x

Description

Is it possible to backport these peer dependency changes to javascript-sdk v5?

    "@react-native-async-storage/async-storage": ">=1.0.0 <3.0.0",
    "@react-native-community/netinfo": ">=5.0.0 <12.0.0",

Due to optimizely/react-sdk#307 we cannot upgrade to v6.

Benefits

• Make v5 compatible with new react native versions
• Async storage v1 is not supported for new architecture and new react native versions anymore

@matinzd, peer deps ranges have been updated in v5.4.1.
