CometAPI Update: Organization / Workspace Scheduled Maintenance

Dear CometAPI users,

We will perform an Organization / Workspace feature update on July 10, 2026, from 09:00 to 10:00 Beijing Time (UTC+8). During this maintenance window, some frontend features may be temporarily affected. The expected actual impact duration is approximately 30 minutes.

Affected features include

• Calls from Playground
• Manual top-up on the Credit page
• Viewing and editing auto-recharge settings on the Credit page
• Transaction History display
• Displaying, creating, deleting, and editing API Keys

During the maintenance, existing API Keys are expected to continue working for API calls. Auto-recharge is also expected to continue working. However, because this update involves credit ownership under Organizations, newly recharged credits may only become visible in the frontend after the update is completed.

To avoid disruption, we recommend completing any necessary top-ups, API Key management, or billing history checks before the maintenance begins.

After the maintenance is completed, affected page data will gradually return to normal. If you still experience issues with balance, transaction history, or API Key display after the maintenance window, please contact our support team.
