User list doesn't fully implement the API

  The only options available are pagination ones and is missing several available, such as search https://api.permit.io/v2/redoc#tag/Users/operation/list_users

• Other information (e.g. detailed explanation, stack traces, related issues, suggestions how to fix, links for us to have context, eg. StackOverflow, personal fork, etc.)
