Improve the sound effect quality

Currently the sound effects are very scratchy. This is likely because the web-based PuzzleScript code uses a BiquadFilterNode to smoothe out the audio.

This likely needs an implementation of [BiquadFilter](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/BiquadFilterNode) in NodeJS.
