I've just realised that there's a version 0.12.0 has been published a day ago but looking in this repo I don't see any activity. Where are the changes that have been published to NPM?

FWIW, I downloaded both packages from npm and compared them.
It's just random changes, with the most important one being the removal of jcenter.
