The old site's diagram supported right-clicking an entity to get a context menu (Molecule / Pathways / Interactors). There's no equivalent in the current pathway-browser code — no cxtmenu / context-menu / right-click handling anywhere in projects/pathway-browser/src/app. This isn't a regression in existing code, it looks like a feature that was never (re)implemented in the Angular rewrite.

Right clicking on entity icon in the diagram shows menu: Molecule, Pathways, Interactors — this function appears to be replaced, at least for pathways, by the details panel "consumed by" and "produced by" fields.
