Create the Ability to Assign a Partner Agency Pickup Timeframe for Distribution

Currently, when we assign a pickup date to each of our partner agencies in DiaperBase for a distribution, it only allows us to select one specific arrival time.

But, PDX Diaper Bank allows its partner agencies to come during a select timeframe on pickups days. For this reason, it would be great to have this option. Maybe a checkbox to allow you to add an end time if desired?
