Currently, it only picks one solution under one specific language. If "-l" is not specified, then by default it's cpp lang.
Feature request of solution.discuss: allow use to choose customized # of voted solution and lang
eg:
leetcode show --solution -t 10: show top 10 (if it has) voted solutions. If "-l" is not specified, then it's the top 10 solutions whatever the language is., not cpp only.
