plugin leetcode.cn from this repository the cd commend "leetcode ls" console "code=400" error

I install the leetcode.cn plugin from "github.com/skygragon/leetcode-cli-plugins", and get some error

[ERROR] http error [code=400]

this problem already fix in cli repository fix MR, but still has same problem in this repository。
