How to send files with multipart/form-data?

Is there helper like this:

File.open("./img.png") do |f|
  internet.post("https://example.com", {}, {a: "b"}.to_json, files: [f])
end

Or I must make form data manually?

I don't believe there is any helper for this but we should probably introduce one.
