Deny Clippy's inconsistent_struct_constructor lint

I would be happy to enable that lint in a follow-up PR.

Okay it seems like we already deny that via the pedantic = "deny", but we currently don't enforce check-inconsistent-struct-field-initializers, because that can lead to borrow issues.

I'm also not quite certain if this lint also applies to destructures.
