Requesting support for the NUCLEO-N657X0-Q, which requires generic support for the STM32N6.

STM32N6 series has no flash and so adding it will require external flash support.
Feel free to contribute. I can add the STM32CubeN6 (HAL, CMSIS device,...) it it can help.
