Why do you want to contribute?
I'm a backend-focused TypeScript/Node.js SDE looking to make a meaningful first contribution to Trigger.dev. I'd like to work on issue #3292 (OTLP nanosecond timestamp precision loss in the webapp event repository).
I've prepared a small scoped fix locally that reuses the existing precise convertDateToNanoseconds() helper instead of multiplying epoch milliseconds before converting to BigInt, and added a focused Vitest regression test.
