I just downloaded and read the book. A very nice read so far! Many thanks for that! Can't wait to read to remaining chapters.
However I think that something is wrong with the ePub format. I read it using Aldiko on my Motorola Milestone Phone and it turns out that the table of contents only has one Entry called "start" which links to the first page (which is just a white page, by the way... at first I thought the reader crashed showing only a white page *g)
